Students have access to Toshiba multi-function printers throughout the campus where they can print through PaperCut.
Common issues that you might encounter when printing is running out of paper or toner which are indicate by error message shown below.

Steps to fix “Out of Paper Error Message”:
1. Located the tray that is out of paper.
2. Placed paper within the green clips.
NOTE: Each tray has a max paper capacity as indicated by a yellow sticker with a black line. Overloading paper will cause paper jams.
3. Fully closed the tray and try to print again.
Steps to fix “Out of Toner Error Message”:
1. Open the front cover by pulling down on the side tab.
NOTE: The front cover can be pull down via tabs on the side as shown in the image below.
2. Located the toner that needs to be replace as shown on the screen.
NOTE:
· Y : Yellow toner cartridge
· M : Magenta (Red) toner cartridge
· C : Cyan (Blue) toner cartridge
· K : Black toner cartridge
3. Removed the toner by pulling the tab on the right side of the toner cartridge.
4. Prepare a new toner cartridge and align the arrow on the cartridge with the printer.
5. Push the toner cartridge into the slot and close the cover.
