The Payroll Office processes timecards and paychecks for Lesley University employees, including student workers.
Bi-weekly employees who get paid twice a month, including student employees, need to record their hours worked and time off online and submit the approved hours by the due date at 9:00 am.
Timecards cards received in the Payroll Office after 9:00 am on the due date are late and may be held for payment in the next payroll cycle. During holiday weeks, the due date may be earlier than usual. Use our "Due Dates and Pay Dates" tables to keep track of due dates.

3 Due to the Indigenous Peoples' Holiday on Oct 13, timecards for pay period Sep 29 - Oct 12, 2025 will be due on Friday, Oct 10, 2025 at 9:00 am.
4 Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday break, timecards for pay period Nov 10 - Nov 23, 2025 will be due on Thursday, Nov 20, 2025 at 3:00 pm.
5 Due to the December holiday break, timecards for pay period Dec 08 - Dec 21, 2025 will be due in the payroll office by Thursday, Dec 18, 2025 at 3:00 pm.
