Voicemail to email

Modified on Wed, Mar 31, 2021 at 1:26 PM

When a message is left in your voicemail on your office phone you will receive an email from Lesley Voicemail (voicemail@lesley.edu) which will contain a .wav file of the message.  You can play this message from your email by double-clicking on the message.

Please double-check that the email is from Lesley Voicemail (voicemail@lesley.edu) before clicking on the attachment.  The email should look like the image below.

Saving the message

If you need to save a message to replay at a later date, you can right-click on the .wav file and choose "save as" to a location on your pc.  When saving you can rename the file.

Deleting the message

If you delete the email containing the voicemail, it will also delete the voicemail from your desk phone and remove the message waiting light.  Once deleted there is no way to retrieve the voicemail.  You can leave the email in your inbox if you need to listen to the message again at a later time.
