IP desk phones

While most people with Lesley extensions use softphones on their computers, some people use IP desk phones in certain circumstances. You can log in to any IP phone with your extension.

Log in to an IP desk phone

1. Press the button below LogOn on the display.
2. Type your extension number and select the button below Done.
3. Type your password (the same as your extension number) and select the button below the two circles (the next page icon).
4. A Done button should appear on the second page. Select it.
5. You are now logged in. Your extension number appears in the top right corner, and any button programming appears on the left side.

Log out of an IP desk phone

When you are logged in, a LogOff option appears on the display. Select the button below it to log out.
